So helpful!

I listened to this book so that I can help my daughter-in-law. We'll see if she will want to take the Chinese medicine approach. But I learned so much about Chinese medicine from this book that I decided to use it to address some conditions in my own health. This book provides so much information that those who don't have access to a Chinese medicine practitioner can help themselves. And I'm doing exactly that. I really want to thank the author. She is providing an amazing service by writing this book.

Update: I used the questionnaire along with similar questionnaires on-line to diagnose a few troubling health issues that I have. Then, I ordered the herb combinations that the author recommends; they were all available on Amazon. I got good results within days. A cough due to post-nasal drip disappeared within a few weeks. I'm working on some other problems now. Thank you Dr. Randine Lewis.
