Preparing for the Future

I have to say I am very thankful to these ladies. Having a reference on where to start when you are trying to conceive is a blessing. They have references to medical professionals and the pure explanation on a more natural process on preparing for a baby. It’s a great understanding of a Women’s body as well through all the cycles. This is a very impressive book.

Really great book on preparing your body and soul for getting pregnant

This is a great book I highly recommended! It touches on many aspects of preparing yourself for pregnancy… while it’s only the first step to parenthood, it’s an important one…. I wish I had read this before I had my first two kids, but I’m more prepared for baby #3 now!

Truly amazed! I loved this book!!

It is not your average pregnancy prep book and you need to be open to what you will hear, but it is so valuable! Those who are not familiar with this type of living might find it a little out there but just give it a try! I am not amongst the so called “crunchy” but I adopt a lot of similar mindsets and ideas. Everything in moderation.

In my opinion everyone should listen to this book, not just women who want to get pregnant, as there a lot of general well being information.

Just yesterday I picked up a paper copy of this book as well just because it has too much good information to write down.

I truly recommend this book! Look forward to checking other books mentioned.

P.S. the narrator has both voice and demeanor that suits this book wonderfully. This is HOW this book should be read. But to each their own 🫶

Well written and organized

I’ve read every book there is to read on fertility. As a former RN from a large fertility clinic , I learned what western medicine had to offer but was not able to give my patients much else . This book outlines how to integrate TCM into your routine. I’m hoping to benefit from this book in my upcoming cycles. I do feel better after having read this book and I recommend to any woman struggling with infertility

Wonderful book full on magnificent information but not at all overwhelming!! I love the perspective and how it focuses on men's part just as much as women's part in conception!!!
