Helpful but goes into too much detail
You really only need the highlights from this book if you understand basic nutrition. Super interesting, but I listened to it at 1.5x speed. If it was a print book I probably would have skimmed it. Narration is clear, and the information is good. Nice to see a diet backed in solid science.

A good overview
This mostly draws on the seminal Nurses' Study and so is grounded in real data, largely chiming with the majority of fertility diet advice out there too. I felt it was a little gentle so as not to scare people off too much, and it lacked the supplement advice that you find in other books like It Starts With the Egg. Some advice perhaps also needs tempering if you have PCOS, endometriosis or are undergoing IVF.
