To be the Impact maker I deserve to be for my associates

I must say I was very optimistic about when I first started taking this class. I had 30 years experience in the alcohol beverage industry, but coming from distributor going to work at a startup company was totally different how we need to go to market and also the difference how we need to develop our associates in the distributor world. It was very stressful and very forceful with associates which I see now was not beneficial for the company and hopefully I can turn some of their associates on to this book and also getting them to sign up for some coaching classes for their managers. I'm super excited for my associates and myself in 2026 after taking this class. I feel it's gonna be very beneficial for myself as well as my associates in our next steps. This has been a life changing event in my life which I wish I had the opportunity early on my management career to take a class like this. After taking this class, I know my associates as well as myself will be successful in whatever we do. Thanks a lot Dan❤️
