This is definitely a great tool for Leaders

my only issue with this book is that it's very specific to people already in leadership roles. I feel like I got a lot out of making sure diversity is a part of my team. different personalities and different backgrounds are extremely important because a homogeneous group of employees will only ever look at things from a single perspective.

Easy Listen, Actionable Steps

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. The author's calm voice was not too monotone, causing me to fall asleep. The author explained why and how to become a future leader. As someone who is currently studying emotional intelligence, I appreciate that he gave such strong emphasis to developing the EQ of current leaders so that they may develop those underneath them, reduce burnout, and build a successful company. Highly recommend!
