Some good ideas and worth the read.

There are some good tips on culture, interviews, reviewing your team, etc. Nothing that blew my mind but a few items that I found different and beneficial from other books.

Good book

Picked up about of useful tips. Recommend to any CEO. I think they should have hired a third party reader.

In a very short book, Trey Taylor succinctly lines out the BIG ROCKS for a CEO. It will be a "re-read" resource for me in my business.

Elizabeth Holmes out of the intro makes it a 5

well written, a lot of great ideas. Good for new people in business and in leadership positions!
