An Excellent Blueprint For Leading With Heart

Heather does an excellent job with this book she includes a number of personal experiences that she herself have encountered in the world of the leadership. She includes numerous stories from others who lead with heart, it's rich in best practices and lessons. This book does a nice job highlighting the benefits and ROI of leading with heart and clearly illustrates the importance of making people first. Any leader looking to lead with impact and leave a legacy of leadership should read this book and join Heather's community.

The Future Leadership Model We Need

This book is everything! I’ve been looking for something that sums up my personal philosophy of “putting people over profits leads to bigger profits” and Heather gives great anecdotal information to support this theory.
