At least the ale is better, but famine and poverty make it a little hard to enjoy that. With no one to call his friend and almost no knowledge of sorcery, Tarak will have to compete with the best sorcerers if he wishes to remain free.

Infinite respawning pacifist, but there’s a deeper story
Honestly, the author makes it work. I bought this book on a whim expecting it to be a DNF. I did finish the book and I liked it enough to consider buying the next one.
