Publisher's Summary

Secrets and lies. I’ve lived the entirety of my life wrapped up in subterfuge for one purpose: revenge.

Through the years, I lived more as an enigma than a man. For so long, I denied I had a beating heart of my own. Until her.

Until she unearthed the starving vessel inside, forced me to acknowledge it, forced me to understand that I’m capable of bleeding the same as any other. For that, we paid. We're still paying. Yet she demands it still; the useless heart of the ruthless thief and shameless villain she fell for. My fear is that I’m no longer that man.

With the lies I’ve told, the life I’ve led, my mistakes are beginning to catch up with me, day by day, one by one. This is my last chance, and I have no intention of losing her again, but as the deception of my past starts to unravel and close in, shedding my humanity may be the only thing that can save us both.

Maybe it’s already too late.

The Ravenhood trilogy is a gritty modern-day take on Robin Hood filled with suspense, thrills, and all the feels.

Amazing ending to an amazing series

I've already reviewed all 3 of these books through Amazon - and loved every single minute of them! But I just want to add that the narration team on these were perfect! I loved how they had Maxine and Joe switch off throughout the book between the male and female voices. I've never heard a book narration like that before. Usually when it's the female's chapter, she reads the whole thing, including doing the male characters as well, and vice versa. But this type of pairing made their great voices come together in a more immersive way that I would have ever expected!!!

BREATHTAKING ❤️ AWARD-WINNING ❤️ STORYTELLING

What can you really say about a Trilogy that’s had you in its clutches from Book 1 and has blown you away with its utter brilliance.. with its tightly held secrets.. with its shocking revelations.. with its tragic and complex twists.. with its heavy heavy heartache.. and with its sexy, beautiful, bitter-sweet love stories.. other than EPIC. And wow Joe, your skilful narration and very sexy French accent was simply the best ever 💕 and, together with Maxine, your duet-style narration made this a solid gold ten star Trilogy.

Worth a credit? Absolutely yes.. Kate Stewart’s layered web has been weaved with such precision and detail you can’t help but fall in love with her complex characters and completely lose yourself in her emotional chapters. It’s a unique and deeply moving Trilogy that’s got sizzling chemistry, hard-hitting heartache, turmoil, drama, angst, shocks, suspense.. and an epic love story that captures your heart and soul. And now I feel a book hangover coming on.

Narrators: 100/10 Story/Plot: 100/10

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell's performance was amazing as always and the whole trilogy was beautifully written. I cried, laughed and everything in between.

Captivating Trilogy

I was captured by this trilogy from the get go. It is very steamy and kept me guessing. The only issue is in the audio third book there are 3 mistakes. Two time there is coughing and one editing mishap.

Very Complete

One thing I love much about this story, it how it ended regarding Sea, who so rightfully deserves so. Another aspect that I liked very much was the historical journey the writer took us deciphering Tobias chronology/milestones. This clearly provided the readers with some perspective as to the circumstantial of events on Tobias life. This brings me to how the myriad of experiences made him so insightful as well as bitter and loving, yes quite multifaceted pertaining his feelings, likes and dislikes. As for Cecilia, not the most likeable character in my opinion. She mostly came across as an angry BTCH! most of the time. It seems she enjoyed Tobias suffering and happy when he was begging her. I hated when she was being sarcastic and the way she spoke and treated him at times, full of resentment and not willing to forgive. Despite the professed love between them. Tobias action and love for his late brother, Dominique only confirmed to me,, that he was not even willing, or trustingof her. The dead of his brother was very painful to him, yet he could not share these feelings/memories with Cecilia. He needed to go outside, away from her, to fully emerge on those memories, sad...On the other hand, I love Sean, and the ex change between him and Tobias towards the end of the book was quite moving, tears rolled down my eyes, plus he naming one of his children after Dominique! How sweet and honorable! As for the performance, both narrators were phenomenal, and love Joe Arden's French pronunciation , as well as his accent, magnific!!! And kudos to the writer, great book, great series!!!

4.5 Stars

This book took some patience. It still ended epically but the road was a bit frustrating. My advice, without giving anything away, would be to just wait it out, it will be worth it.

Don't know where to begin.

I have honestly not lost myself in a book like I have with this trilogy! These books will stay with me for a very long time. I was not ready for the emotional ride I was taken on. I feel so blue that it's over. Not ready to say goodbye. These books are worth everything you feel while reading them. Thank you Kate Stewart.

Joe & Maxine put their all into narratorating these books. You feel every emotion in their voices. One of the reasons they are my favourite duos.

Least favourite of the three

Performances are good (Coughing in the background must have been overlooked).
The story bounces back and forth between present day and past. It got annoying after a while.
The plot is not that strong. Many times I found myself eye rolling.. The characters are completely co-dependant together. This, “my other half” , “who will be my all and everything” attitude is unhealthy.
However if you want a book with lots of sex and the theme of a modern “romance novel”, then you will get it here.

- glad the characters were finally “put to bed” ..
