A Lifelike Story Of Shades Of Gray

This police story demonstrates the fact that there are aiways trade offs and comprises in life, and sudden turns of events can derail even the best laid plans.

The story was great. I was constantly distracted by the narrator's diction, and found myself focused on the odd pronunciations of common words instead of the story.

A great reader and a great listen

Harry is as flawed as ever but still gets the job done.
All the usual suspects appear from the series as well, making this a great revisit to the open unsolved unit.
Harry has his self doubt, insight, tenacity, and hard work to get to the root of the crimes and his nemises
I could listen to 10 more of these.

Gotta love Harry Bosch

Connelly's stories are always well developed and entertaining. I've read all the Harry Bosch books and "The Drop" is right up there with the best. Easy 5 stars since I'm a Bosch fan. Maybe only 4 stars if you're not.

Great read by the best writer in the business. Difficult to put down prior to finishing.
