Great book

This was a very great follow up book from Extreme Ownership. I think if you’ve read Extreme Ownership, you need to read this one too.

How applicable, direct, and raw this book is.

It was extremely eye opening to say the lest. Pointing out areas in need of major improvement and way to tackle problems with practical solutions. Definitely worth rereading. Very well written.

Leadership is something that is important to everyone.

I like the real life lessons brought out in a practical way that anyone can use in everyday life.

I can relate

With a military and law enforcement background I was able to relate to these story’s. Moving to the corporate world I see how these principals can be used in other careers . No matter how well one can lead there will always be some who will not want to follow or give as much as others. This was one of the few books I did not lose focus on part way through. Thanks for sharing.
