Best book about WHY. I hope there should be some examples about Toyota company because the founder of Toyota-Sakichi Toyoda also had the same principle.

From Why Not to Why

This was the piece of the puzzle I'd been missing, I have always been a why person but I would think about t backwards, instead of the motivation or inspiration I'd ask "Why not do XYZ"

I was trying to force answers, but I was never responsible for finding them. My dream was to be a leader that inspires people so I can change the world. wow, it's crazy how a small shift makes a huge impact.

it's not my responsibility to innovate, though understanding WHY would tell me what to do and how to do it. 10/10

Ppl don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it

I enjoyed the concept and how reminds us all to always lead with why in EVERYTHING. Simon broke down a lot of great points and made me realize that why is important not just in business but in life. My favorite part was towards end as he spoke about trusting your gut and speaking on when you lose your why you can fall into a depressive state as you forget what gets you up and moving everyday. HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect book for a new leader who just bought a failing business they believe can win! My team is amazing but the last owners used manipulation to drive the team. I need to undo that and add value to our brand

In an effort to shine in the what and the how, it’s so easy to forget the why.

The concept is amazing But

The concept is amazing but the author keeps repeating himself over and over trying to sell you the vision of WHY with countless business examples instead of focusing on the practical part of how to know your why or follow it in life ,,, if you follow simon senik on youtube and convinced you should start with why chances are you already know 90% of the important parts of this book ,, this book is important only if you know nothing about the subject
