Short listen, great info

Lauren Garvin's voice is perfect for this. I loved Kerri Reid's explanation of the benefits of different breathing techniques. The best part of the book was learning about all be benefits of walking!

Long wait for the Fifth Chapter

The first 4 chapters are used to try to convince you of the importance of breathing which I believed could have been 1-2 chapters. Then the ACTUALLY breathing techniques should not have been ALL in one chapter but probably in multiple chapters. I loved Chapter 5 and was doing breathing exercises and it was useful, but then I went back to listening while you preached to the choir. That one change and I would have given 5 stars!

Thorough and Practical

Kerri covers the topic of breathing from many angles. I enjoyed learning some of the history of breathing practice as well as very practical suggestions. Connecting the idea of walking and breathing was new to me so I found that particularly interesting. The narration was excellent and very soothing to the ears.
