Interesting characters and world terrible narrator

I think I need to read it again without this narrator. I live for audiobooks and this person did such a terrible job it felt like a job to listen to it.

The characters are interesting and I wanted to know what happened to them. The world was cool. The idea was great.

Such a slow beginning it was boring. Then things got interesting.

Really Enjoyed!

I really LOVED this story. It was a bit drawn out in places and the plot could have used a little more development, but I did enjoy it. Can't wait for the next in the series. The narration was ok. I like it better when there are two narrators for the dual POV, but it wasn't too bad.

Slow burn Romance

When I was told by a friend that this book was a slow burn and I just had to give it a shot…. I tried. Don’t get me wrong, it had the great moments but it was way too long of a slow burn for me. I did like the romance of the main characters, that kept things interesting. But the storyline was too drawn out in my opinion. Don’t take my word as final though! I know plenty of people that would really get into this book.

Slow in beginning but great at the end

Beginning is pretty dry & runs on, but hang in there! By the end you become very invested in the characters & story line.
