Fun

I usually read murder mysteries but decided to choose a book by title only and I'm glad I chose this one. It is much different from a murder mystery and having all the different characters with different narrators was fun. I like graphic audio books c=

A quick heist caper with magic

I’m pretty much always down for a heist in a magical world. The narration was fantastic, it had a quick pace to it and a satisfying end… but the characters didn’t quite pop for me. Not quite for me, but If you’re looking for a fast-paced magical heist, this one might be for you !

Introducing Gideon Sable

Great new (to me) character on the supernatural heist scene. Well paced, well performed, and enjoyable enough to motivate me to buy the next 4 installments.

loved the way the impossible is made possible.

great subtle humor and wonderful play on words to bring an unlikely story to believability. I needed a change of pace like this.

Upbeat mystery with twists of fun

Great sound design, voice actors, and compelling story telling. The story premise is interesting and the characters/world came to life within a few pages. Would recommended!

Incredible Performance and Storytelling!

The Best Thing You Can Steal was an absolute blast from start to finish. The GraphicAudio production made it feel like I was dropped into a classic black-and-white detective movie — gritty, sharp, and so immersive. The voice acting was AMAZING — every character felt distinct and alive, bringing so much depth and energy to the story. Simon R. Green’s world is like nothing I’ve read before: clever, fast-paced, and wildly entertaining. If you’re looking for something that feels like a movie in your mind, this is it. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this one

This author is a bit of a hit and miss for me, but this novel was definitely a hit. It really helps that it was an audio play. I tend to not love the writing style but I always enjoy the world building. The characters were good too
