For those of us in this industry or considering it, audio is a goldmine of knowledge, particularly when it comes to marketing strategies that will help us stand out in a crowded market. It is a very useful tool; I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Amazing book.

Since starting an Airbnb has been a long-term goal of mine, I've listened to a number of books about the business over the years. This one was really novel in that it took a fresh approach to the investment concept by focusing on developing a firm that stands out and using effective marketing techniques. Everyone will undoubtedly succeed if they pay attention and use these tactics.

All in all, a really interesting and educational listen.

The best part is that this author takes the time to delineate between Marketing Mistakes and Abysmal Failures and gives tips on how to truly go about Measuring Success. A really great tool for taking your AirBNB to the next level,

This book is a very helpful guide, whether you're just starting out in the Airbnb business or you've been doing it for a while but aren't getting the results you want. It covers the basics of marketing and planning in a way that's detailed enough for beginners and serves as a good refresher for those with some marketing experience.

The book goes on to focus specifically on the Airbnb model, which is great for new innkeepers. I found the tips on creating a guest persona really valuable. It helps you target the right kind of guests, like vacationers or business travelers who might be interested in unique places like a hobby farm (I've had personal experience with this).

There's also advice on analyzing data to understand your potential guests better, using tools like AirDNA, which I hadn't heard of before but now use regularly thanks to this book. The book also talks about ways to make your place stand out and how to showcase its uniqueness in your Airbnb listing.

In short, I'd say listen to this audiobook, listen to it again, and then put what you've learned into action. Even if you're an experienced host, you'll likely pick up some new knowledge and insights from this book.

Thought it would be dry and boring...but

What an incredibly informative narration of marketing strategies and tools to succeed as far as possible in the Airbnb, short term rentals business. I'll listen to this again and take more notes next time to implement some of these gems of consistent profit tools. If you listen and put these strategies to work for you, you can't help but succeed.

Marketing is such a huge part of a small business or endeavor! I liked how this book broke down the different aspects of marketing and how they apply to short-term rentals. The book is thorough, with many insights to help make your AirBnb successful AND profitable. One of my favorite sections was the chapter on the mistakes to avoid! A chapter full of nuggets to help any person! Highly Recommend!

fun upscale book

This is a great book, we learned a lot about the BNB side of things but we also learned a lot about style. This really opened our eyes to some great possibilities for us in a financial way. We also see things that we can do to our house that will just make it a better place.

I found this audiobook to be especially helpful because it helps you understand the things you can do to make your listing stand out in comparison to your competitors.
