Love this audiobook, very effective method.
There are so many books about intermittent fasting to choose from, but I heard great reviews from friends about this one so I gave it a try. This is not just another fad diet, it's one of the greatest diets that will help you lose weight, improve your energy, and well-being. After listening to this audiobook I couldn't wait to give the method a try and sure enough, I was able to shed some pounds before my Hawaii vacation and I never felt like I was depriving myself. This diet is one of the few that allows wine so even if you are on vacation you can still continue to maintain your diet. It allows many variations of fasting so everyone can find their own comfort level and modify. Intermittent fasting is now a part of my daily routine.
