Inspiring and Digestible

This audiobook is full of great information for any type of coach. I love how the author states at the beginning of the chapter when it's contents should be applied to the coaching relationship. I also love how the chapters sub-sections are separated out so you can jump to the exact information you need to refresh on later.
The narrator is easy to listen to. Thank you Elena and Emily!

Doesn't coach on how to coach

While some of her stories were interesting, the book is not a "how to", but more of a "what's wrong with". I work with educating adults and this doesn't work.
