Publisher's Summary

They survived the zombie apocalypse, but that might be the least of their problems....

After discovering the Ark, a mysterious island compound founded by Ramey's father, Wim and his companions soon realize that it's not the Utopia they'd imagined and find themselves oppressed by the brutal and often bizarre leadership.

With threats mounting both within and outside the walls, Wim and Ramey's relationship becomes strained, even as the mystery regarding the undead deepens. Wim questions whether safety and companionship is worth such sacrifice.

Can Wim and Ramey salvage what's left of their lives, and find where they truly belong? Or will the dead take over and triumph at last?

The Ark is the third in an undead saga of post-apocalyptic zombie novels. If you enjoy fascinating characters and nail-biting action, then you'll love this gory tale. Get it today and find out what happens when you're pushed to your limits.

Thrilling!

The Ark, third book in the Life of the Dead, was a very enjoyable listen and better than the first two books. Almost the entire time, the Ark will have you on the edge of your seat and fastened to hear more of this post-apocalyptic thriller.

The storyline is brilliant drawing the reader/listener into the Life of the Dead world. The characters are relatable, you root for them and want them to succeed. When they are faced with challenges and losses you feel for them. The antagonist, on the other hand, is a maniac, that you end up resenting alongside the rest.

Matthew Crow's narration is more developed in this book. He did an excellent job telling this story, and I'm satisfied with his performance. The Ark is a fantastic listen, packed with blood, gore and zombie-killing scenes. I highly recommend it.

A good zombie story!

I started this series with book two. I had not listened to book one, so it was a little hard for me to get into the story, but I'm glad I stuck with it. Once I got into the story I burned through listening to the rest of the series through book 5. I really loved the characters and scenarios they got involved with.

no ark I know of

in Book 3 we pick up 7 months after book 2 in winter and life on the ark and routines have already been established but for how long in this book we start to see the darker side of Solomon and of the ark its self overall story was great I really got into this one from the start and it didn't slow its pace as it kept going through out. narration was good Matthew Crow is well established now and I cant even remember how the original narrator went now but I am enjoying his tone and speed. looking forward to the next instalment.
