What a Great Story!

You know when you start a book and you find a camel walking down the road in Alaska, that it is going to be a fun, interesting adventure. You also know that when that camel has twelve eyes, you are embarking on a wild ride like only Jeremy Robinson can provide. This story is so good! There is such a great cast of characters that are well portrayed and draw you into each of their lives. The action is intense and non-stop, and it makes you just want to keep reading so you can find out what happens.
So step up, hold on and enjoy the ride!

Even listening at .9 speed, this awesome adventure ended too soon!

There are twists and turns to pull you in and make you question your grasp on reality. Is what we see real or do we need to refine what it means for something to be real? What a head banger! This is going to become a road trip / travel favorite because this story makes me want to enjoy it on repeat!

very engaging story and narrator

Very interesting and engaging storyline with humor along the way! I could visualize the characters and story easily. I actually finished this book! I frequently get bored and disinterested in the last hour of two of audionbooks and just stop listening. That did not happen with this one!

Had me hooked the whole time. 10 out of 10 would recommend, it’s a fantasy that seems very plausible.

Characters great

The main character’s description of his own experience was revealing. It’s sounds a lot like someone going through opiate withdrawal

Good character building but a bit goopy with the gore

Good character building. The story was engaging and I kept wanting the hear more until the profusion of weird monsters and gore. Think a bag of Halloween candy vs a few Ghirardelli chocolate bars. The sheriff's condition grabbed me and made his character unique, multi faceted and made me want to finish the book.

Even on my day off

I listen to a lot of books mostly on my commute to & from work. Enjoyed this story & performance enough to drive around to listen on my day off.

Great story, feasable, unpredictable

Enjoyed the characters, people i would expect in remote Alaska. I may be off, but they seemed believable. Storyline was original and entertaining.
