a must read

I am a long time anxiety sufferer -- 25 plus years. Drew's approach and no nonsense way of looking at things is radical acceptance at its finest. I highly recommend for anyone trying to get out of this horrible loop and begin living again ♡

must read for agoraphobia

Absolute must read of you are suffering from panic disorder or agoraphobia. This book is honest about what you will need to do to make a full recovery. It restored so much hope in myself and recovery process.

Mind Blown

I have struggled since July 6th 2011 with a panic disorder. I've tried meds, therapy (which only spoke of trauma, that didn't exist), reading, avoiding, isolation, my list of efforts go on and on. This book answered all my questions I've been asking everyone. It did so in a way that I understood and feel like recovery is not only possible but happening from this day forward for me! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for you taking the time and explaining a panic disorder or any anxiety disorders the way that you did in this book. Thank you so much.

Answers so many of my questions.

I really like how in detail Drew gets with how to handle exposures. I have been dealing with Agoraphobia for a very long time. And felt like no one understood or would put me on the path I finally have a path to follow. Thank you Drew Linsalata.

Life Changing

After my family experienced a horrible trauma in the public eye several years ago I began to experience anxiety and panic attacks for the first time in my life. This book has absolutely changed my life and helped me understand exactly what my mind and body have been doing and how to go about changing it. I’m so thankful for it! I cannot recommend it enough!!!
