Excellent resource
This book is full of such helpful information. It explains how the gut works and how it is so vitally connected to our health, especially of course in terms of viruses and handling viral threats. Very timely! And viral threats will only continue to invade our world - so this is great news to help us be the most prepared to deal with them. It was well read by the author and easy to listen to. I really enjoyed this one and highly recommend it. Anyone who has a gut (!) should read this book.
