All is not well in Arch City.

Grave has won the respect of the therians, but at what cost? His people have been attacked, so it's time to do what a supervillain does best... get revenge. But even if he squashes the rival gang like a bug, other, more powerful foes are circling. Ranger is still hunting him, but he has a plan for the world's strongest man, while other threats south of the border have noticed the new player in town. To face them, he needs to master his magic and marshal his resources. Speaking of resources, there is a problem with the money. A problem he has to fix personally.

Thankfully, he doesn't have to do it alone. With a blonde bombshell to help navigate high society, a mad scientist with increasingly more powerful iterations of armor, a spell slinger with once-in-a-generation talent, a money laundering pyro, and a ghost girl gathering the specters of Arch City to his banner, Grave is ready for whatever fight comes his way.

This time, nothing will surprise him.

Narrated in duet style.

Man continuuein with our adventures of Grave and his B's its great to still be getting some world building/ exploration plus getting into crazy sci-fi, this story cant keep me on one crazy cliff hanger like this, cant recommend this book series enough.

Going International?

up front the narration performance was fantastic. then separating the quality of the work for my personal taste I will Echo the fact that it is Well written. personally however there are a few scenes that I really hate. when I am reading a book where the main character is the villain or villain adjacent, I'm looking for some sort of redeeming quality. something that would have you as an audience member rooting for them despite the fact that they're on the wrong side of the law. I don't know that you need an extra helping a brutality to get across to the audience that they're the bad guy. to be clear it seems to work if you're pitting the main character and Supporting Cast against other bad guys. specifically if they're worse as in way worse. when you do that however with an extra or supporting character who's very much one of the good guys then I think it degrades the story.

technically good

This installment in the series is even better than the last book. The storyline and plot continue to unfold in intricate ways. The relationship developments continue to grow. I look forward to the next installment.
