After hearing this book, it immediately made me want to adapt 80/10/10. I’m excited about making changes for my entire family!

I definitely want to work on modifying my diet but this book talks about most foods as being toxic. It seems very intense and the books has a lot of calculations that are hard to follow on audio. But overall, I am convinced that 80 10 10 is a great lifestyle.

I loved this, espacially parts related to grains and legumes.
I use 16 to 20 hour fasting period after I eat meat and fat once in couple of days. All other time I stay on this diet described here.
