In his book, Allan helps you up your game. He does this by telling stories, citing research, and explaining techniques, all the while demonstrating how the logical side of buying/selling is wrapped in the emotional sides. I found several ideas that I implemented immediately. I also rediscovered concepts that I had learned in the past, yet this time there was a difference.
