helpful book, pleasant narrator

What did you like about this audiobook?

I bought this book together with the 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge to get back on track after an unhealthy period. The challenges start easy, most days are easy really, but all the little changes and realizations add up after 3 weeks. Good one!

lives up to it's promise

I'd recommend this book if you're interested in making exercise a daily routine, but lack the willpower and discipline to make it happen.

After the 3 weeks of this challenge I found myself more active then ever before without thinking about it too much, just some little lifestyle changes. Golden!

Easy to follow and understand.

I particularly appreciated the suggestions for building self awareness of behaviors and the motivating idea about how small successes can build on each other to influence success in other areas of life.

weight loss

This is a good book if you're looking for motivation to be more active and loose weight. I like the tone the author takes, though by the end I was ready to be done with the book. I might need a 21 Day Challenge to stick to a 21 Day Challenge.. ;)

This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

I thought this book gave great insight on how to live a more active lifestyle. The day-to-day exercises taught me to look at physical activity and exercise in a new way. Recommended!

Great motivator and States the facts!

After listening to this it became clear to me that I needed to quit pushing off exercising and get back in the gym. And that everything is all just a big mental game when it comes to fitness, you have to commit yourself and stop making excuses!

good book, worth the time

I bought this book on audible and am listening to it for a second time - it's clear to see why some people do things that don't help them. This book helped me find ways to exercise everyday and make it automatic! I highly recommend.

worth the read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.
