This works!!!

This diet has been perfect! No hunger, easy to follow and great results so far. 10 pounds in first 7 days and looser clothes! Belly has definitely skimmed down. By the end, I’m hoping for another pound or two! Thanks Doc!

Diet works but....

Diet works well and is relatively inexpensive as diets go, but the book is written in a really annoying pandering way. I understand why she would try to play to the insecurities most women have, but it comes across as insincere and condescending.

Game Changer

Dr. Petrucci will be a resource I stick with for the rest of my life. The easy to follow explanation and resource to guide me to use bone broth and intermittent fasting for weight loss or weight management is so very effective and simple. It’s harder to apply something to daily life when it’s over complicated. Cleaning up the gut is key to enabling the weight loss or management. She explains everything in an easy to understand way and provides pdf resources with this book such as a weekly guide, menus, grocery lists, and recipes! When you learn and follow these simple principles you lose the weight and find that applying her principles to your life, you’ll amaze yourself with the results and share it with others. The rest comes down to your commitment.

It Works and You Can Make Modifications

I just finished day 10 and lost 6 pounds and maybe more, plus 3 inches on my waist. I did not follow the exact meals in the book. I did follow the protein amount, vegetables, and healthy fat recommendation for evening meal. When I was a little hungry I drank the broth. On day two I woke up and noticed how radiant my skin was and didn’t apply foundation. My skin glowed! Also, I have wanted to get off the daily acid reflux medication and have only used it once. I plan to adjust the diet to fit her 21 day plan. I really see this as a necessary lifestyle change. I feel so much better without my sugar addiction and carbs.

10 minutes of information in a 5 hours book.

Painful to listen to, just a lot of fluff and padding and repeating what she'a going to say rather than actually just coming out with it! Very frustrating.
