Should have been read by the author
Solid book. If you have the opportunity to read vice listen, do that. My guess is a lot of people who get this book have heard Greg Laurie's voice. It's distracting hearing this other voice. I don't know why he didn't do the recording.

always a great read by Greg Laurie
simply put and easy to apply. it's not about what we say or do. it's being willing to allow God to say and do through us.

A good lesson
This is a wonderful book about how to share the good news of the Gospel. I couldn’t put it dawn. It was an easy book to follow

The Gospel is not a change of address
Laurie presents the gospel as a change of eternal address. He says the Good News is that He isn't going to torture us forever just to cause us unimaginable pain as He does most of creation. Laurie tells us God loves us but that love has a time limit, then it turns to hate. unimaginable hate. Laurie says that Jesus wasn't serious when He was speaking to the Rich young ruler. Laurie reverses the command of Christ to go and teach people to do all that He commanded us. Laurie would have Jesus say "Go and teach the world that it is impossible to do all that I have commanded you.."
Jesus came to save us from our sins, not the consequences of our sins.
