You know it wasn't bad I liked how each of the main characters had their flaws. It made them more real but don't start book three. It's just a fecal dump on men I couldn't finish it

Another book series that goes to sh!+ on book three

The second book has really gone in depth to explain the land that Del is from. With a new culture, and new monsters. This book keeps getting better. Finally the dynamic and emotions between Tiger and Del progress to a very interesting finale.

Again, a surprisingly good fantasy novel.

why wouldn't he want the sword or acknowledge magic. makes no sense why go through all of the trouble to deny the sword why not learn the northern way if he is so great a sword dancer and so dedicated why wouldn't he want to know all styles that part makes no sense other than that great book

great book except

I loved the first book so quickly got this one and was eager to listen. And though this is a good book, I felt at some points it dragged.. I came to be more annoyed with Del with each chapter and found it hard to sympathize. But beyond that the narrator and the story was still very interesting (I love the detail on how the swords are made) and I will be getting the third book as soon as I get more credits.

I enjoyed it
