A Great Book Collection

I love this collection. Its so romantic and heartwarming and intriguing. The only complaint is that the stories weren't longer. You come to love each character and want to keep up with them. Also the readers voice is excellent. He changed his pitch and tone slightly with the characters without it interfering with the story. Great job.

beautifully written! kept you attention through all the books. the sweet romance of each couple was a breath of fresh air.

Sweet historical romances

I thought the narrator did an excellent job! His voice was perfect for the many different characters!

The stories were each so unique despite the fact that all the grooms were from Sun River and all the brides were from Boston.

Some of the ladies were friends previously and some of the men were brothers and cousins, but each story was truly unique. A circus performer, a politician, a recovered drunk, a baker, a maid, etc! My biggest concern was that each story seemed to repeat the love at first sight theme. I wish at least a few would have had deeper feelings developed over a longer period!
I will definitely be reading and listening to more books by Karla!
