Great Quick Read!

This book was done in less than 40 minutes. It gave me the main take aways and helped me decide to continue to learn about “the obesity code” and intermittent fasting.

Very informative and shocking truths revealed.

Surprised at how mislead we have been by the doctors we trust. Learned a lot in this fast read.

Short version of main book. Doesn't get into all the research etc but mainly wets the appetite.

a summary of the problem no solutions

I'm glad I didnt spend money on the book or waste my time. i love Dr Fung but this book is only a summary of the problem only vaguely mentioning fasting as a solution. I guess he wants us to buy the second book.

Don’t waste your money.

The topic of intermittent fasting was literally the last 3 sentences of the performance. That’s it.
