Poor Performance
VERY CONFUSING. The chapters has numbers, the points or insights of the chapters are in numbers (they should have used letters) and the personality is referred in numbers.
so, all the numbers become very confusing. it's easy to get lost not knowing if the number referred to a chapter, insights or personality.
