Great for those certain people (not me)

Love how the books stays on track and focuses on what its about.

I do not suffer from the type of anxiety it is about, I do get anxiety once in awhile.

I can somewhat feel what anxious people think in certain situations and I know that this book will help them in regards of controlling their anxiety.

Good way to start

First I want to say that if you like me are battling with anxiety, you should go see a therapist. You can read a thousand books about it but non of them will be specially made for you.

With that being said, this is a great book. Makes you realize you are not alone or crazy and that a lot of people is having the same problems that you have. It is very easy to understand and will keep you interested all the way. I really enjoyed it and it helped me to start going to therapy.
