WOW! This is a great series!

I was surprised by this book, and I can't wait for more! my only issue is when the MC says 'mo, fo-sho & such' . I'm not sure if it's the narrator or actually written in the book, but it doesn't fit the MC as he is a hardcore military man, not a thug. And the fade out in the intimate scenes is VERY VERY frustrating!!! No one likes a tease! Nut up and finish the scenes. We're not kids.
Outside of that, I really like this series.

A great scifi based LitRPG complete with damsels!

Dan Raxor writes another great LitRPG story. It's rare to find sci-fi based LitRPG. This one is complete with high tech weapons, spacesuits, and of course the story wouldn't be Dan Raxor's without alien damsels in distress! Marius is an MC you want to succeed in this engaging story. The damsels are more than playtoys and are integrated well into the story. The world development is satisfactory and the overall story is well written. The LitRPG elements are just enough to make the world fun. I look forward to Dan's next book! Audio Version: Gabriel Michael and Veronica Adler do a great job with their respective characters and the overall narration.

Oh man!!! Easily the best Science Fantasy Harem!

I can not begin to properly express how much I loved this book! The MC, his women, crew and their development! The storytelling, its pacing and the plot weaving!

The narrator, who is quickly becoming one of my favorite male narrators. Right up in the realm of Travis Baldree and Heath Miller. But neither of them do harem, so long live the king of harem, Gabriel Michael!

Veronica also did an amazing job with the various female characters and adding character to their voices and how they spoke.

I can’t wait for the next book and hope it is soon!

finally, space opera

it has been a while since I've listened to some space opera in the genre. Dan took up the challenge and Gabriel and Veronica carried it home

great start

great book with great narration.
not many of the space themed stories out there.
who wouldn't want to captain a space ship and get ladies while you do it.

Worth you time!

Yoinked from earth to participate in a tournament he didn’t ask for seems like he ran out of luck. But the audiobook has a great plot to you and very diverse species and cast to it and it’s a space novel. I definitely love the narrator’s voice when he acts out the MC

Weird narration nearly ruins this one

Check out the preview before buying. While I'm going to finish this book, at times it's hard to get past this MC accent/voice. The other characters work just fine, it's just the main character. It's just not done very well and gets hard to tell who's speaking. The editing in the book can be choppy, but maybe I'm just used to a different standard. The story was interesting and mostly enjoyable to experience. I find myself wishing the character's interactions were more natural. But it's a space opera harem book. So that I can get over. This was my first space harem book. So I'm having a hard time judging how I feel about the book overall.

Thoroughly Entertaining

I really didn’t want this story to end! I really enjoyed the story and the characters. The pacing was nice and kept the plot moving. The narration team absolutely killed it, from the mc’s accent to AI’s slight reverb effects, I enjoyed all the voice work. Top notch production from top to bottom and I’m very hopeful to see the next book soon!

It's fairly solid

I enjoyed it. The characters didn't feel flat, though some didn't get a lot of interactions having come in later towards the end. Storyline was interesting. Explanations and exposition were plentiful so I never felt lost. ALMOST too much but never long enough that I felt he need to skip. A bit expected in a first book.
The System of the story was quite logical and balanced in my opinion. A few too many readings like most Litrpgs but never inundated with them.
The Accent. Everyone has an opinion on the accent but I didn't even notice until about half way through. Then it was just an quirk.
So, I enjoyed it. Hoping for a part 2.
