I was familiar with Brad Beer from numerous podcasts and so I knew I'd like this book.
The advice is well thought-out, easy to understand and execute. I especially liked the understanding of how an injured runner feels.
My only complaint is the reading. I was very happy that Brad reads it but there are far too many mistakes, misreading sentences and then rereading them again. Its such a shame as everything else is great.
This is a great book with an easy to follow 5 step program to follow to faster and pain and injury free running. Brad Beer's clear steps makes this achievable for any runner.
