Good night

I tried this several nights in a row and never did I fall asleep during the audio. However, the breathing exercises and suggestions were good for helping me get relaxed. I was given a free copy of this audio book at my request and have left this review voluntarily

Well worth it

Fell asleep quickly multiple times
