The Best

I rely on this meditation to help me sleep. It is very relaxing and soothing. Now I usually fall asleep before it is over. No longer have to take sleeping pills to get a good nights rest and I don't feel groggy the next day like I did with the pills. Nice

I think these guided meditations are better than a sleep aid, no side effects other than being lulled into sleep with a calm and soothing voice. I was given a free review copy of this audio book at my request.

Great Meditation

Not for me

I didn't care for the narrator's voice; too airy and slow. Not for me. Background music options was nice.
