¡Así se recuenta un clásico!
Si bien la historia del Mío Cid es conocida por todos, Arturo Pérez Reverte la hace fascinante, real y encarnada. Y sobre todo no pretende reescribirla in toto, sino contarla a su manera; lo suficiente como para que entendamos qué tipo de hombre debe haber sido el Cid. Como sólo Pérez Reverte la puede imaginar. Yo le agradezco que haya compartido su imaginación conmigo. Si tuviera que definir qué es esta novela, la definiría así: Pérez Reverte pone carne y hueso a una figura épica de la gloriosa España medieval, y lo hace de manera eximia. Bravo. Durante horas cabalgué, luché y puteé con Ordoñez junto al Sidi Campitur. Sentí que Ordoñez era un amigo y el Cid mi comandante. Recomiendo esta novela vivamente.

Brutal!! Fenomenal!! Épico!!
Excelente lectura. Es sin duda uno de los mejores libros de Pérez-Reverte. Lo que es El Club Dumas, La Tabla de Flandes y SIDI son los que más he disfrutado. Falcó y Eva han sido buenos sin embargo he disfrutado mucho a SIDI.

Una buena fuente de entrenamiento y una excelente vuelta a las raíces de mis ancestros
Después de once horas de atenta escucha he disfrutado este audiolibro desde principio a fin. Ya removidos de nuestras raíces españolas (vascas y gallegas en este caso) mis familiares y yo muchas veces nos encontramos ignorantes a esa España que fue, junto al Africa y la America Latina, la que nos dio vida como cultura y pueblo. Este antillano de una treintena de años agradece al autor y personas que produjeron el audiolibro las buenas horas de entrenamiento y conexión con nuestro pasado. Aún cuando halla en el libro ficción, el valor de este es inmenso para mí. Arturo Pérez Reverte me ha hecho a reencontrarme con la literatura española de período y con otros clásicos de esa imperfecta España que un día fuera a convertirse en metrópolis de la America y que dejara su huella impresa en mi patria. Gracias a Arturo por este libro y a Audible. Espero que otros lectores y lectoras lo disfruten tanto como yo.
