Narration irritating to the extreme

I was happy to find such a series, and I didn't go in order, this was the first book I listened to.
Yet, after the performance in this one, I am not sure I'm going to continue. I think it was extremely annoying that the narrators used a French accent all the way for most of the characters. Which meant that most of the book was narrated like this as well.
The book coould have used a little more of the mistery and less of the family saga. Otherwise the story was okay, although the BIG SECRET could have come out much earlier, and the book wrapped up sooner. It would have made for a better story, but I guess the writer was paid by the page.

but when he got older he got the truth he was over ( 30) I'm glad Tristan and his Father were one again Arielle was in love with Tristan since teenagers Tristan half brother was a backstabbing jerk some of his co-workers were that also but they got

A great series

I have been really enjoying this series so far. I look forward to the next book. This book doesn’t take place completely in the states but the main character ventures out to France where he learns about his past. On the way he finds the love of his life

Excellent story and writing

I don’t usually give five stars for all the review. However, this one deserved them all! I loved everything about this story. It had romance, suspense and mystery. I loved that the heroine was an independent and strong woman. This is the character I look in romance novel. Excellent performance. Highly recommend!
