Publisher's Summary

Kiyosaki expands on his belief that the school system was created to churn out Es / Employees...those "A Students" who read well, memorize well and test well... and not the creative thinkers, visionaries, and dreamers - entrepreneurs-in-the-making...those "C Students" who grow up to be the innovators and creators of new ideas, businesses, applications, and products.

The audiobook urges parents not to be obsessed with their kids' "letter grades" ("good grades" might only mean they or the student themselves were successful in jamming a square peg into a round hole...) and focus, instead, on concepts, ideas, and helping their child find their true genius, their special gift. The path they can pursue with a love and true passion.

Robert showcases success stories of "C Students" who grew up to be phenomenal successes - and HIRED those "A Students" (attorneys, accountants, and other school-smart specialists) to work in their businesses... while the more average students, "B Students", often find themselves in government-type jobs....

Not surprisingly, Kiyosaki will coin his own definitions of what "A," "B," and "C" stand for as he gives parents and their children bits of wisdom as well as insights and tools for navigating an ever-changing world...an Information Age world where the ability to change and adapt, understand relationships, and anticipate the future will shape their lives.

Good read, Horrible reader

Would you try another book from Robert T. Kiyosaki and/or Tim Wheeler?

Yes

Would you be willing to try another book from Robert T. Kiyosaki? Why or why not?

Yes because his teachings are very inspirational and motivating.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The narrator was horrible

Was Why 'A' Students Work for 'C' Students and 'B' Students Work for the Government worth the listening time?

Yes

Any additional comments?

I would buy the book instead of listening to it. Its really your preference really, like you if you are just in the car and want to here some inspirational teachings then yea, but if you just want to get more out of it and comprehend it more I would just buy the book.

Must read for patents and Undergrads

This book summarizes everything you need to know for coming up with a success plan in today's unstable economy,

He covers in nuggets the history of our govt, federal reserve , fiat currency and the different quadrants.

He lays it out in a simple form what you need to do.

A must read !

his best yet!

I've listened to nearly all the books on the rich dad series and this is perhaps the best. both cautionary and inspiring at the same time, Robert tells the truth about how the economic system works, why it crashed, why it is doomed and what we can do for ourselves and our children in light of the system's fundamental flaws.

Good information - uncorrelated anecdotes

The book has good information and certainly very useful for kids and adults. The advice is invaluable.

Only issue is that some of the anecdotes to correlate the stories and some references to the economy are about accurate. Example he mentioned the recession in the 1920s made the Dow drop and only bounced back after 20+ years and hence the current recession may take so much. Well the Dow bounced back already during gosh recession.

Sometimes buying a liability may be necessary - car for family - but he makes it sound useless and ignores the opportunity cost of not having a car when you have a large family.

Overall I will recommend this book but don't put your heart in all the advice. Customize it for our situation.

Excellent- Audio version

I thought this was a great book. The narrator is clear and reads the book well. I can't say I agree with every single idea in the book, but it did open my mind to a lot of new ideas. Most importantly it has gotten me on the tract of teaching my kids about financial education. Highly recommend.

must go through this book a few times

this is an excellent book! I enjoyed listening to it the past few days. I honestly have to say I will go through this book another several times taking notes and learning more and more as I grow. Although it is written primarily for parents to teach their children about money, I believe anyone who is trying to move further ahead must read this book. I believe it is one of the most valuable out of the Rich Dad book series.

Very good book, but as with everything it is only a part of the story.

Great book as part of the “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” series. Robert is one of my personal hero’s and speaks a lot of truth through the words written in this book.

Agree with him or not, It is not meant to coerce you, rather show you the other side of the coin.

Excellent! Packed with Financial Information

An excellent book for someone like me. I'm a school teacher, with an entrepreneur fighting to get out. This book is an invaluable source of information on finance and traditional school education. My 2 teenage children got a great deal out of listening to this with me.

repetitive

Would you ever listen to anything by Robert T. Kiyosaki again?

probably not

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

It's a nice narration but the same point seems to be made over and over and over.
Maybe it's indoctrination and I'll get rich for perseverence?!

Eye-opener!

This book opens your eyes to both sides of the coin. Financial education is becoming more important as we move into a world where AI and machine learning is able to predict your desires and attempt to sell you the latest and greatest liabilities.
