What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS , EVEN TO ANY BEGINNER INTERESTED IN SELF DEFENSE DOMT BUY! NOT SURE WHY THIS BOOK WAS EVEN WRITTEN ??!?!?
