Publisher's Summary

Before he passed away in December 2009, Jim Rohn had influenced more than 5 million people in all corners of the world. He was counted as a mentor by thousands including the likes of Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Harvey Mackay, Mark Victor Hansen and others.

Jim was one of the most powerful and memorable listening experiences ever because he could take timeless, ageless principles and present them in such a simple way.

Tony Robbins, who first met Jim Rohn when he was 19-years old, said Jim, "had a positive impact on me at a time in my life when I was first forming the philosophies that guide me today." That positive impact continues today with this special edition of Jim's My Philosophy for Successful Living. It's Jim at his best and includes teaching like:

  • The American Economic Ladder and Girl Scout Cookies
  • The Philosophy of Performance and Productivity
  • Measuring Success in Your Financial House
  • Six Steps for Leading an Extraordinary Life
  • And lots more!

Critic Reviews

“Jim Rohn is a master motivator—he has style, substance, charisma, relevance, charm, and what he says makes a difference . . . The world would be a better place if everyone heard my friend Jim Rohn.” (Mark Victor Hansen)

Its only a brief incomplete audio

If you like Jim Rohm instead of buying this audiobook, buy The 7 Strategies book. Much more complete regarding the strategies and overall his philosophy.

Really needs Jim's voice

I was hoping it would be a little more on the generic, improving your life side. Focuses more on sales. My fault for not reading the reviews a little more closely. Also, there is nothing like Jim Rohn's voice when telling a story or sharing an idea. The world really misses you Jim.

You can't do better than Jim Rohn

Vic Johnson dose a great job narration, his mild southerner accent reminds me of Zig and it's easy to here Jim's "voice" come through in every word. hats off to Vic on the insightful compilation of some of Jim's best work.

Awesome audiobook!

Short, sweet and to the point just like it should be. I like the fact that it packs a lot of useful ideas in a compact and straightforward way. I made a lot of bookmark notes to come back over and over for review. Recommend it to everyone.

Kind of short but good content

The audio was only 45 minutes. I didn't know that when I bought it. However, those 45 minutes were quite an efficient use of time.

Great content. Not read by Jim Rohn.

My only criticism is that I have come to love listening to Jim speak his own message and whilst that content is great, as usually is the case with Jim's work it is a shame and it feels less personal not being able to hear Jim's subtle tones and humour that he used to naturally add to any of his lectures. Recommend this book but love the one's where he is the voice reader much more.
