It is short book which ends with "the end of the CD disc 1". It is a lecture he gives his audience that deals with leadership. It is not solely talking about only leadership topics, though he gives valuable gems that I take with me that will help me develop into a leader. The audio ends with him painting a picture of what will happen if you constantly apply the disciplines of being a leader, as his mentor Earl Shoaff describes to him. I won't say what gems I acquire from him because that is for you to acquire, though I believe this book is worth far more than the price on Audible; I've listened to it 2 times within the first 3 hours. Just one good idea that you take away may change the trajectory of your life, so I recommend it.
