As we become more and more reliant on electronics, we're losing the arts of absorption and recall. Why should we need them when we can just enter our shopping list into a handy app or Google pertinent information?
But what happens when our handy electronic friends decide to check out for a while?
Have you ever been caught with no batteries on your phone and a list full of shopping you can't remember?
There are other times when you just can't use your phone or tablet to retrieve information like when you are sitting for exams, or when you are invited to make a speech.
I really appreciated what went into this audiobook. There was, what seemed to be, an infinite amount of useful information for memory improvement. I must say that I was really impressed by all the cool memory tips and tricks this book provided.
Great book on memory. Powerfull system. Need to practice everyday to get better. Will be listening few more times over and over to get the system down and to make my own I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their use of memory.
I absolutely LOVE learning, and this book is just going to make that process easier. I was listening to it on my car ride and I learned a lot of useful tips from this book. It was great to learn all this different technics for your memory expansion and overall learning excitement for any subject you might acquire.
This is a very comprehensive program, most memory improvement audios are very lacking in new or novel techniques or remembering information in a different way. They all reiterate the same techniques over and over. this author takes a whole new approach to learning and remembering, everything from facts and data to physical tasks and complicated processes. it provides a set of memory tools and techniques that are relatively simple, easy, and somewhat fun. I got the best results from listening to this.
The techniques provided on improving one's memory (or rather one's ability to recall memories), were prolific, varied, simple, and well-presented. This material works perfectly as an audio book. If your interested in learning some fantastic new ways to remember numbers, lists, faces, story lines, speeches, names, and a few other subject matters that you've forgotten, then you just can't go wrong in adding this audio book to your library. It's worth the cost if you only learn half of the techniques presented.
