The year 3000, and Mr. Morcheck has married the perfect woman. Not one of those neurotic primitive women, who were forever asking for money with which to buy clothes and trinkets demanding breakfast in bed, dashing off to bridge games, talking for hours on the telephone... Myra is a delicate modern woman, perfect until much like your faithful Toyota, it becomes a bit sluggish, and there is blue smoke coming ftom the exhaust.
Any additional comments?
This is a charming little story by one of the masters of sci-fi, Robert Sheckley.
It is only about eight and a half minutes, so it is hard to justify paying around five dollars for such a short listen.
BUT - if you're a fan of Sheckley, as I am, I see little problem shelling out a little extra for such quality.
