I highly recommend this book as I do all Gemmell books. It's a good book! A+
I enjoy the character of Jon shannow and the world in which he exists. All the belief and religious talk would typically annoy me, but it fits in the story and is done in such a way as to be unobtrusive. All-in-all it's a good second book in this series and I'm looking forward to completing the trilogy with book 3.
great story with great narrator. accents were perfect for the world that was portrayed by the author. emotions were spot on and I enjoyed listening while I worked. thank you.

struggled to finish due to narrators attempt to do every accent he could think of, from Scouser to African/Jamaicans, really bad Yorkshire man, Irish, Welsh a pantomime Foo man choo esque Chinese to a cheeky cockney!
