Publisher's Summary

Everything she'd hoped for has come true. Aimee Donovan's mountain man of her dreams came to 2010 to find her and take her home, and now they can live together forever. But a life 200 years in the past is filled with challenges. Learning to overcome dangers and discover her calling will be more difficult without modern technology and conveniences of the 21st century.

Daniel Osborne has seen the future, and he wants no part of it, except the woman who is his heart song. His life is complete now that she has chosen to live in his familiar Yellowstone wilderness of 1810. With the secrets his father had kept from him now revealed, he is tormented about what to do with the time travel device that has done more good for him than harm.

Daniel and Aimee have no doubt that they want to stay together forever, but knowing they have the ability to travel forward in time if there is a crisis provides a loophole that has good and bad implications. Do they have the courage to rid themselves of the one thing that could save them?

This Novella Is Wonderful

I'm so glad I was able to listen to this book narrated by Cody Roberts. Peggy Henderson wrote this novella very well. She takes us back to Yellowstone and through a wonderful story, explains the many ways and customs of that time and place. After Peggy's first book, Yellowstone Heart Song, I wanted more of Aimee and Daniel and Peggy complied wonderfully.

Peggy Henderson provides us another great story.

What did you love best about Return to Yellowstone?

The story brings Aimee back to Daniel.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Aimee is a modern day woman, a nurse, and a wife. A wife to a man from the 19th century. She goes back in time to be with Daniel knowing that she will be giving up all modern day luxuries like toilet paper, medicine, running shoes, and etc. But the love of her life is more important than anything.

Which scene was your favorite?

I loved it when three men rode up to Daniel and Aimee. They started talking about a couple of men who had tried to steal Aimee. Daniel had killed the men (in the previous book) and told the men about it. He told the men that he would kill any man who touched Aimee. It was a tough time back then and the law was not in that area of the country. So a man had to take of himself and his own. The listener could hear how much Daniel loved Aimee.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There are times in the book where Aimee knows about the modern names of Yellowstone Park but she doesn't mention them because she didn't want to influence history.

Any additional comments?

Cody Roberts did a great job of narrating. He went back and forth with the characters making the voices sound real.

Return to Yellowstone!

Any additional comments?

This is a wonderful treat from my favorite author! If you have listened to Yellowstone Heart Song, the first book in the Yellowstone Romance Series, you will love listening to this one. It picks up where YHS left off. Narrated by one of my favorite narrators, Cody Roberts, this audiobook flows along from the beginning to the end. Characters you fell in love with, in the first book,Yellowstone Heart Song, will entertain you once again. <br/>I love Peggy L. Henderson's audiobooks. Always a well written story, well thought out characters and wonderful descriptions of the surroundings. Cody Roberts, with his awesome narration of this audiobook, just adds to the whole wonderful experience. JudyE

Return to Yellowstone

This novella gives a wonderful glimpse at the lives of my favorite couple in the series. I am positive that if I was faced with the same choice, I wouldn't have been as brave as Daniel and Aimee. I would have gone the same route as Zach....

Return to Yellowstone

It didn't give me satisfaction. I feel the rest of the story got cut off from this novella, so my heart skipped a couple beats. I want to know for sure how their life played out, ; did either Daniel or Amy die a tragic early death and what are some of their actual experiences. I just feel incomplete.
