Publisher's Summary

Gideon Cross: As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn’t stay away. I didn’t want to. He was my addiction…my every desire…mine.

My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We’d never work. It was too hard, too painful…except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity.

We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession.…

Emotional Roller Coaster.........

UGH......I am certainly NOT disappointed with the book, but the book definitely cause much anxiety and the narrator brought it to life. The second half of the book was a very excellently written twist that I hadn't expected to be executed so well by the author.

I can't stand that I have to wait two months for the final installment........... If there is not a "happily ever after" ending to the series I'm going to just lay across the RR tracks (lol)....

By the way.......more in love with Gideon then ever!!!

Good but could have been better

I enjoyed listening to more of Eva and Gideon's story but felt "that special something" was missing from Reflected In You that immediately grabbed my interest in the first book, Bared To You. However, I was still left wanting to know Eva and Gideon will finally reach their HEA so for that reason alone I will plan to continue with the story.

Jill Redfield is a great narrator and I would listen to her again.

She did it again...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This series puts a wonderful spin on dysfunctional relationships, I was able to laugh at the various similarities I have with the female lead and reflect on some more serious issue within my own life.

Any additional comments?

I loved this book from cover to cover, it's well worth the credit (but why waste a credit on book less than 10 bucks)

Loved This Sequel!

Would you listen to Reflected in You again? Why?

I would definitely listen to this book again and am finding it very difficult to understand the complaints of some other reviewers. Just about all the questions left after Bared to You were answered and the story development was extremely well done. While the first book bothered me a bit by sounding somewhat of a knock off of the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy, Reflected in You distinguished itself as a separate entity and was very well written. Can't wait until the last book of the series is released in December.

What did you like best about this story?

I was most happy that while the steamy obsession continues, this book took the relationship between Eva and Gideon far beyond just sex. I loved that healing has been taken to a new level for both damaged lives.

Which scene was your favorite?

The very last scenes when questions were answered was my favorite part.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

As someone who has experienced the depth of great love personally, there were some tears.

Words can't say...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Definitely Yes but suggests to start with book 1-Bared to you.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Reflected in You?

Oh gosh i have lots because there were so many that touched me but the most is the "concert into weekend getaway".

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Jill's narration is great...her different dialects of each character is good...i like her Gideon.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Lots i never shed so many tears along with the characters...this book 2 is so much emotions & suspense that it was nail biting...dont want to spoil so i'll just say "yes".

Any additional comments?

Book 2 is as good and i cant wait for the next one.<br/>Glad that i found this series. I know its a good book when i cant stop thinking about the characters and what i just found out about them...Good job Sylvia & keep them coming.

Not worth the credit

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Im not sure. Someone who doesnt mind spending a credit or wasting 10 hours on characters that just dont make you care about them.

What was most disappointing about Sylvia Day’s story?

For a "professional author that can show E.L. James how it should be done" as one reviewI read put it, Sylvia Day's writing left me with no connection to the characters and made me feel that she spent more time concentrating on the sex than bringing her characters to life. The story seemed like a vague idea stuck in as filler between sex scenes.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I could not distinguish between characters during several scenes otherwise she did the best she could with the material.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Reflected in You?

I dont think I would cut any scenes but I would definetly recommed adding a few to flesh out the story and some of the secondary characters.

Any additional comments?

I have never read any other books by Sylvia Day and I will probably not do so if this is the caliber of work I can expect. While I did not think Fifty Shades of Grey was as great as it was hyped to be I still felt that the author did a good job making her characters fit into the reality she wrote for them which is something that I can not say for Sylvia Day

Confronting

I did enjoy the book by the end but like the other listener I found the angst a bit much. Having said that I could not put the book down and enjoyed the ending. Jill Redfield did and excellent job narrating.

The first is good, the second is GREAT!

This book was AMAZING! The storyline is only getting better. The reader is growing and evolving together with these characters. After reading book 1 and starting book 2, I really didn’t think I would go for the next in the series but I can’t wait to dive right in to the next! Bravo!!!!
