Publisher's Summary

For ten long years, Tara has been a woman on the run, hiding from the magic-wielding Warriors and Druids of modern-day Scotland. Now, as a tour guide at a remote Highland castle, she hopes to finally escape her past-until one impossibly gorgeous man enters her life... and exposes her wildest secrets.

For centuries, Ramsey MacDonald has concealed his strength and skill as part Warrior, part Druid, for fear of unleashing the full force of his power. But when he takes Tara into his arms - and seals their fate with a kiss - Ramsey will have to fight for her love... though it may mean losing control of the magic inside him.

Good book

I really liked Ramsey as a character from the earlier stories so it was nice to see him finally find his love. I like how the author combined the druid and the warrior into one large package of whoop arise. Tara was a good character but I feel like there could have been more, I just can't pinpoint what was missing. The narration was ok, it's gotten better as the books have progressed. Worth the listen or the read if so inclined to buy the book.

Another great plot and story

Where does Midnight's Warrior rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Top 10. The narrator does great job in this book. Story line is good. I am sad it's the last one available on Audible at this time. I am itching to listen to her other series!

What did you like best about this story?

That there was some sad mixed in with the happy ending. Made it more of a full circle story. Plus the love scenes are always super hot!!

What does Arika Escalona bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She does a great job giving each character a unique sound. And with so many in this series that is not easy!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, and I practically did!

Any additional comments?

Hurry and put out more of Donna Grant's books. I need more. I love the Scottish settings, the accents, the story lines, the good vs. evil...all of it!!
