Awesome

Loved the action! Loved the drama and just the right amount of love scenes. Not too much not too little. Start book 2 The Protector! Will recommend.

Another great story

Totally enjoyed this story. Another great book by one of my favorite authors.
Thanks for creating another fantastic series!

Okay with a few caveats!

3.5 Stars

If you can suspend reality and are okay with a cliffhanger, this was an enjoyable listen. Wyatt is kind of a punk but the main MCs are likeable. I did not care for the tactic used by the h in order to obtain information almost immediately after she verbally expressed her feelings for the H but it could have been worse. The fact that the bad guy fell for it means that he is TSTL!

The Hero by Donna Grant is the first book in her new Sons of Texas series. Readers are immediately immersed in the suspense, then slowly enchanted with romance.
