On the edge of my seat!
The world building is expanded, and more info is learned. This time it is the fallen that doth protest too much. Not that the scientist heroine is much better. She is almost to logical for her own good. There are some crazy OMG moments, especially Zer's action. Never saw that one coming! Its too good to spoil, but you will know what it is when it happens, trust me. Michael's reasoning was sound, but I still feel like he could of done "something" to help replenish things! Again, you will get what I'm saying once you get there. 😉
I like the male narrator. His voice really adds that gruff and growl that makes the fallen sound so sexy. This did not detract from the female voices as they are completely believable tones.
Cant wait to see what happens in the next one.

just too long and drawn out
Book 1 was a bit better...but this was just way too long .... it took forever for the romance to get going... just way too long for me to get invested... if I am not interested by chapter2 .. then I won't get interested by chapter 6 either..
